I checked Newgrounds this morning and it turns out that there is no redesign.
I thought Tom said that Madness Day is also Redesign Day.

Then, i got a comment from Jolly said that the redesign is coming today.
And he commented that he said...
"It dosen't mean that the redesign is coming tommorow (Today)"
